DEFECTIVE

Items that are broken during shipping may be returned for a replacement within 7 days of delivery. If you did not purchase insurance to protect your items during shipping, then you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the broken item as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item. (Replacement only)

 

T-SHIRTS

There is no return or refund for t-shirts once the order has been placed. If the t-shirt defective, an exchange will be facilitated. These items are made per order, so they go into production within 12 hours.

 

ITEMS NO LONGER WANTED OR NEEDED

Items that are returned within 7 days because they are no longer wanted or needed may be exchanged for a different item, size or a Store credit (Minus Shipping Cost) can be issued to be used in The SerpentCrystals, LLC. (No refunds. Exchanges or Credit only)

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If cancelled within 24 hrs. you will receive a full refund. For orders that are cancelled after the first 24 hrs. there is a restocking fee of 15% for each item in the order. Your refund for your cancelled items will be completed within 24hrs of cancellation (excluding weekends and holiday's). You may not cancel your order after the order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped and you no longer want the items in your order, please follow the guideline above for returning No longer wanted/needed items. (Refunds only for orders cancelled prior to shipping, Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee)
