Creative thinking in the workplace is in demand. We live in a competitive society and creativity improves productivity, teamwork, and innovation.
But how do we tap into our creativity when corporations and organization require or expect it?
Creativity is a skill that can be learned. Workplace employers and the workplace environment can assist and promote the creative corporate culture.
This one-day workshop will help you teach participants to:

- Learn ways to develop their creativity.
- Recognize the importance and benefits of creativity in the workplace and what a creative workplace looks like.
- Foster creativity in their workplace.
- Use various brainstorming techniques.

You will spend the first part of the day getting to know participants and discussing what will take place during the workshop. Students will also have an opportunity to identify their personal learning objectives.

In this session, creativity is defined, along with characteristics associated with creative people. This is followed by ways to develop your creativity.

Then, you will examine creative corporate cultures, with examples of specific creative corporations.
Fostering Creativity in Your Workplace
Next, you will learn tips and techniques to foster creativity in the workplace.
Brainstorming Techniques
Then, you will learn about the definition of brainstorming and different brainstorming techniques, and complete an exercise in brainstorming based on a specific method.
