Office 365 is Microsoft?s subscription-based online office and software services suite. It incorporates access to online services such as cloud storage with the portability of Office Online.
 
 
 
This course is intended to help users of Office 365 understand updates made in 2018. It focuses on six Office 365 offerings ? Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets), PowerPoint (presentations), Outlook (email and calendars), Access (database management), and Visio (diagrams and vector graphics).
 
 
 
Word Feature Updates
 
In the first lesson students will learn how to use features in Microsoft Word, including converting SVG icons to shapes, using hands-free typing, editing with Ink Editor, transforming documents into an interactive webpage, changing the transparency of a picture using presets, and inserting animated 3D graphics.
 
 
 
Excel Feature Updates
 
Next, students will learn how to use features in Excel, including converting SVG icons to shapes, deselecting cells, translating words, and changing the transparency of a picture using presets.
 
 
 
PowerPoint Feature Updates
 
In this lesson, students will learn how to use features in PowerPoint, including selecting 3D animations, converting SVG icons to shapes, translating words, convert ink, typing hands free, add a quiz or survey, changing the color of hyperlinks, inserting animated 3D graphics, change the transparency of a picture using presets, using proofreading tools, and adding slide numbers to handouts. 
 
 
 
Outlook Feature Updates

Access and Visio Feature Updates
 
In the final lesson, students will learn how to use features in Access and Visio, including visualizing data with new charts in Access, refreshing, relinking, and removing linked tables in Access, changing the look of Access, using Excel templates to export to a Visio diagram, and keeping diagrams and sources in sync to turn a Visio diagram into an interactive Power BI presentation.
