There are certain elements that are key ingredients to a successful relationship. In my opinion, compromise, communication, loyalty, honesty, patience and love are on the top of the list. If you are always the one initiating or planning the future of your relationship, that is not a good sign. The success of a relationship is a joint effort and it can’t thrive otherwise. Do you feel that you are losing the essence of who you are? Are your efforts unappreciated. Your partner often criticizes you or ignores you. The desire for intimacy is gone. Communicating your thoughts or feelings usually end up in a battle. These are clear indicators that you are not in a healthy relationship. It is time to find an exit route.
