BOTTA Fine Italian Street Food is a gastronomical experience created by Eddy Frezza and Lorenzo Sciandri. Both Eddy and Lorenzo have a large background in the cuisine world, Lorenzo comes from a family of renown restaurant owners. Lorenzo’s grandfather, the Chef Agostino Sciandri, was the owner of AGO restaurant a hip location for celebrities in Miami. Eddy comes from an important trajectory as a wine and champaign sommelier. On 2020 and motivated by the latest world dynamic the duo decided to create BOTTA, combining the concepts of fine Italian food and the street food concept with the highest quality ingredients.
