International Sales Representative Program
The VenderUSA.com International Sales Representative Program (ISRP) seeks to use social media and other marketing tools, designed for the non-US individual sales representative (ISR), guided by VenderUSA training and daily content updates, all presented and unified within the VenderUSA.com platform.
VenderUSA.com has entered into a strategic partnership with Lennar International, the international sales affiliate of Lennar Homes, one of the largest home builders in the US. The VenderUSA ISRP will help its international sales representatives (ISR’s) identify, present relevant information and induce US-based home buyers to consider and eventually acquire a Lennar home, townhouse, or condominium. The earned commission is paid to the VenderUSA.com foreign broker and is divided equally with the sales representative. The non-US sales representative does not need to have a US real estate license since he/she is not a US resident and is not employed by a US based entity.

Fees and Commissions
The ISR will enter into an agreement for 12 months and pay a monthly fee of $150 to cover the costs of maintaining the portal. The minimum commitment is 3 months ($450) and can be terminated after 3 months. The ISR shall receive a net sales commission of between 3% to 5%- depending on the community- see relevant section on the communities offered and commissions paid.
In order to participate each ISR must complete the eligibility questionnaire and complete a Skype interview.
