Chef Mariano Araya
Mariano's Cuisine opened in December of 2017 by Chef Mariano Araya.
After being the head chef of Olivos and Marfil in Doral, Mariano was able to make his dream come true. The opening of Mariano's Cuisine represents something he always wanted; a small, cozy restaurant with an open kitchen. Chef Mariano makes a habit of walking to each table and personally sharing with his guests what the special dishes are and even let them know about special events that he knows they will enjoy.
