Mariano Luis Araya, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 7, 1980; he is an Argentine Chef, entrepreneur and leader par excellence. On 2015, he was the winner of the Chefs contest organized by the school 'San Ignacio de Loyola', recognized at an academic level, as one of the best cooking schools with world-renowned teachers such as: Antonio Bachour, Javier Guillen, Richard Rosendall, Najat Kaanache , Oriol Balaguer, Carles Mampel, Xavier Barriga.

Mariano is the founder of Mariano's Cuisine, a restaurant located in the heart of Doral, Florida. He has revolutionized the traditional native cuisine, by joining his culinary innovations with the ancestral roots of molecular cuisine, venturing into neuroscience research to create, with all this, magnificent experiences that help stimulate our senses.
