After seeing several homes Royce designed and built, we knew we wanted to work with him to build our forever home. From start to finish (and beyond) Royce was the best to work with--the perfect mixture of an eye for exceptional design, the humility to listen to our ideas, and the type of person you want to remain friends with when the process is over. Our home is unique, tasteful, well-built and beautiful and we owe it all to Royce. We still call him with questions or seek his advice--he maintains a pride in the project and the relationship even once it's "complete." We can't recommend him enough for someone looking to design and build their dream home.
Royce Jarrendt did a whole house renovation for us in 2013 and we were extremely pleased with the work that they did. Our house was a mix of an old house built in 1902 with an addition that was added on later. We chose Royce specifically because of his experience and knowledge in working with older homes, as well as the creative architectural design work he is known for. Our renovation involved taking the house down to the studs and redesigning the layout, incorporating energy efficient insulation and windows and then completing the house with an all new interior. Royce was very hands on throughout the process and we were able to make changes as the project moved along. We were very confident with their construction knowledge and recommendations. We are delighted with our new, old home.
