DUGLAS METHOD

The Duglas Method is an innovative and efficient training system of outdoor work combined with on-court and gym specifically designed for tennis players using new tennis-specific exercises and drills, which concurrently contribute to the players playing level and motivation. It’s main focus and basis is intermittent training at high intensities, creating an excess capacity.

This type of training methodology allows the player to play and compete close to their thresholds but never above the load required for the match, thus reaching their maximum output and potential, both physically, technically and mentally without fatigue or muscle exhausting. Efficiency of movement thus becomes a function of speed.  In The Duglas Method, you will find all the necessary skills to improve your game such as strength, power, speed, agility and footwork, aerobic condition, mobility, and flexibility.

The Duglas Method - a brand with results in the world of tennis - takes the experience and knowledge acquired when working with top ten professional players such as Dominic Thiem, Fabio Fognini, Nadia Petrova, Nicolas Massu, Francesca Schiavone, and many others. It can be applied to tennis players at different levels of their game, giving them the tools to significantly improve their on-court performance regardless of their unique tennis or physical conditioning levels. Each training program has a routine that includes aerobic work, speed, agility, coordination, footwork, upper and lower strength training, balance and abs.
