Permanent Makeup International was created in mid 2005 by Dr. Yolanda Peña Ophtalmologist (Cuba) and Dr. A. Bustillo Ophtalmologist MD. (Senior). Yolanda is a Lifetime Member of the SPCP, Society of Permanent Makeup Professionals in the USA for years of active membership in it.

Dr. Yolanda studied Medicine and specialized in Ophthalmology in Cuba in 1988. She practiced her profession in India and Nicaragua and is also licensed to practice medicine and ophthalmology in Spain.

She has completed her advanced training with the industry leaders in design and special effects of eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, pigment correction, nipple/areola coloration (after mastectomy or breast surgery) and camouflage of scars remaining after procedure of hair transplant and traumas in eyebrows and lips.

Dr. Yolanda is licensed and insured and is certified by the OSHA Standard Course 'Blood Borne Pathogens' and the OSHA and CDC exams (1010-1030) required by the State of Florida. She specializes in the use of digital, rotary and Microblading machines.
