Permanent Makeup International started in May 2005 by Dr. Yolanda Peña Ophthalmologist (Cuba) and Dr. A. Bustillo Ophthalmologist MD. (Senior). Yolanda has been a Life Member of the SPCP, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals in the USA since she began her practice.

Dra. Yolanda is licensed and insured. Her office meets the Florida Health & OSHA 'Bloodborne Pathogens' standards and complies with the continual education in her field and Fl. State's yearly inspections requirements. She specializes in Digital machines and the Microblading methods.
