FIGHTING FOR YOUR RIGHTS SINCE 1987

Under Investigation?

Falsely Accused? Arrested?

You are NOT alone.

WHAT WE DO

Few things can be as stressful, unnerving and downright terrifying as a knock on
the door by Federal or State law enforcement at the break of dawn.  And what
follows is hardly any better — getting cuffed, frisked, finger-printed, jailed and
marched into a courtroom the following morning in an orange jumper after a
harrowing, sleepless night.

Chances are that you’ve visited our website because you or someone close to you has
gone through this nightmare and is presently facing Federal or State court criminal
charges.  And chances are that you’ve already visited other sites offering you an
“aggressive” defense (whatever that is), by a “former” prosecutor.

In other words, you are innocent until the state prosecutor or the federal prosecutor proves otherwise.

We’re not fresh out of law school.  We’re not about flashy videos and starry-eyed
promises and anonymous testimonials.

WE’RE ABOUT RESULTS
